ABOUT US

Stephanie moved to the town of Fernandina in 1996 from Rota, Spain. She found herself working for the Ritz Carlton hotel company as a certified personal trainer. She wore many hats during her 7 years with the hotel. When the company was sold Stephanie chose to grow and became the personal assistant to the owner of Gourmet Gourmet. After 6 years, Stephanie took a shot at property management. The economy imploded and Stephanie happily landed right back into the food and beverage industry - Espressos cafe, TNRR llc, (catering) The Mustard Seed Cafe, and head chef/owner of Four Seasons Bistro. And now she's decided to open a lovely cafe for all to enjoy!
